Nightwish is nominated in three categories for EMMA (Annual Finnish Music Award). Nightwish has been nominated as Best Band, Best Hardrock/Metal-album and Best Finnish Artist. Finnish TV2 will broadcast the event live 8th March at 19 P.M.

Nightwish has booked studio for recording their fifth album. Recording session will start in November 2003. Album is planned to release in spring 2004.

Nightwish had a great success in annual-readers-poll in Finnish Soundi magazine. Categories (and ranking): Best Finnish Rockband(1), Best Finnish Band(3), Best Finnish Album(4), Best Finnish Song(Bless The Child)(5). Best Rockband -category was mentioned as a biggest poll of all times for defining best Finnish Rockband. Over 100 bands got votes and Nightwish was the winner.

When you're order is 51 EUR or smaller you only have to pay for the costs that your bank is charging. Nightwish and Spinefarm Records have started their work on the new Nightwish DVD. The release-date in Finland is May 26th 2003.

Nightwish will have two last shows for their "Century Child" -World Tour in Germany: 11.01.2003 in Oberhausen (König-Pilsener-Arena) and 12.01.2003 in Munich (Colosseum). After these shows the next possible shows will be festival shows in summer / autumn 2003.

Nightwish is performing live for the first time in Sweden. Concert place is Klubben in Stockholm and concert date is Saturday 16.11.2002.
The capacity of Klubben is 700 people. If Saturday is sold out, there will probably be a show also on Sunday 17.11.2002.
Ticket price is 210 SEK and advance sale is handled by www.ticnet.se.
